Description of how to implement in the class:
The Continents of the World video from BrainPop will be used to introduce the study of the World and its continents. The teacher will ask students to watch and listen carefully to the
description of the continents and where they are and remember one interesting fact. Once the video has finished, the teacher will lead a class discussion where students will share their fact.
The teacher will then break the students up into small groups where they will revisit the video once more and as a group they will list two more facts about the continents.

The teacher will ask the groups to share their information with the others. The goal will be to have one fact for each student in the class. Each student will be assigned one fact. Using an
online storyboard, the students will then contribute their facts to make a small eBook that others can use.

* Examples of common instructional models include whole group, teacher-led, student self-paced, small group, or individual learning
activities. Use as many of these descriptors or other descriptors as apply.
