lanning for human resources etc"
To achie!e the same ser!ice deli!ery ob-ecti!e effecti!ely and efficiently in a gro%ing number of
ublic ser!ants# the go!ernment through 4resident6s Office 4ublic Ser!ice 1anagement (4O 7
4S1, came out %ith a human resource information system $no%n as La%son to be used in the
ublic ser!ice" This is a hea!y in!estment %hich also needs to be assessed on its %orthiness"
