Goal Setting:
My goals are to
1) Understand the progression of K-5 curriculum to better streamline the
students' foundational experiences in 2
nd
grade.
2) Learn new methods of instruction that incorporate art, math and technology.
3) Improve my infusion of technology and art in my students' inquiry projects.

Action Plan:
I plan to work towards achieving the goal by
1) Observing two upper-grade classrooms, based on my Supervisor's
recommendation of which classroom observations would best meet my
goals.
2) Reflecting on my classroom curriculum and instruction to infuse art and
technology where possible.
3) Meeting with these teachers to share my goals and to seek their advice on
what changes (in 2
nd
grade curriculum/instruction) could help the students'
success in the upper grade.
