Herbert Hoover was born on August 10, 1874, in West Branch near the Mississippi river His father name Jesse Hoover (18491880) he was a farm implement store owner. His mother name, Hulda Randall Minthorn (18491884), she had English and Irish ancestry. Both of them were Quakers. When Hoover was 6 years old his father died. 3 years later his mother also passed away, Then Hoover and his younger sister were raised to his maternal aunt and uncle. When he became an adult, he married with Lou Henry, and they went to China during Boxer Rebellion (1900), he worked for a private corporation as China's leading engineer. In June 1900The Boxer Rebellion caught the Hoovers in Tientsin. For almost a month the town was under heavy fire. Hoover directed the building of blockade, and once risked his life rescuing Chinese children.One week before Hoover 40th birthday in London, Germany declared war on France, and the American Consul General asked him to help in getting stranded tourists home. In six weeks his council helped 120,000 Americans return to the United States. Next Hoover had to face more difficult task, to rebuilt Belgium, which had been invade by the German army. After the United States entered the war, President Wilson appointed Hoover be the head of the Food Administration. He succeeded in cutting of foods consuming needed and avoided rationing at home and kept the Allies fed. After the Armistice, Hoover, a member of the Supreme Economic Council and head of the American Relief Administration, organized transportation of food by sea for starving peoples in central Europe. He gave help to Soviet Russia in 1921. After serving as Secretary of trading under Presidents Harding and Coolidge, In 1928 Hoover became the Republican Presidential nominee. He said: "We in America today are nearer to the final triumph over poverty than ever before in the history of any land." But within months the stock market crashed, and the Nation spiraled move downward into depression. After the stock market was crash Hoover announced that while he tried to keep the Federal budget balanced, he would cut taxes and expand public works spending. In 1931 effect from Europe serious crisis the President presented to Congress a program asking for creation of the Reconstruction Finance Corporation to assist business, then help for farmers facing mortgage foreclosures, banking reform, a loan to states for feeding the unemployed, expansion of public works, and drastic governmental economy .At the same time he emphasized that people mustnt suffer from hunger and cold, caring for them must be the first thing to responsible and care about .His antagonists in Congress were sabotaging his for their own political gain and slander him as a callous President. Hoover became the scapegoat for the Depression and was defeated in 1932. In the 1930's he became a powerful critic, warning against tendencies toward statism.In 1947 President Truman appointed Hoover to a commission, which chose him be a chairman, to reorganize the Executive Departments. In 1953 He was chose to be a chairman of a similar commission by President Eisenhower. Over the years, Hoover wrote many articles and books, one of which he was working on, he died at 90 in New York on October 20, 1964. .

Warner Bros. is the best known for creating a lot of famous cartoon and movie such as Bugs Bunny, Road Runner, Porky Pig, Daffy Duck, Sylvester, and Tweety. Many of Warner Bros. became classic well-known. Theres a truth behind laugh and happy that Warner Bros. pass along to people through their cartoon and movie. The story that show how Warner Bros become Warner Bros until today. The clear celluloid sheets or "cels" used to paint and ink the animation drawings and lay them over the background, were erased and reused The paint was washed off and a new image was painted onto it for the next cartoon. (Said: The Art of Warner Bros Cartoons) In 1929 Hugh Harman and Rudolf Ising whos used to be Disney animator were employed by Leon Schlesinger. Schlesinger sold Harman-Ising cartoons to Warner Bros. But, badly the main character of their cartoon name Bosko looked a lot like Mickey Mouse but have no ears. Many of the similarities between Bosko and Mickey Mouse storyline including gag were influenced by Disney. Harman and Ising whos the creator of Bosko kept doing what they had done before as Disney animator. At the end of this first cartoon, Bosko squiggled back into the inkwell, saying, so long, folks! beginning a Warner Bros. tradition. (A Brief History) In 1933 Harman and Ising left Schlesinger for MGM. Many people believe that is when Warner Bros broke away from the Disney style. Several animators were promoted Harman and Ising project to director. One among them introduced noteworthy character as sylvestor Pussycat and speedy Gonzale. In 1935 Porky Pig became famous and Avery came to work with Schlesinger and took on a couple of animators whose became Warner directors this is how the break with the Disney style really happen. In 1936, the Warner Bros. was complete by the arrivals of musical director, Carl Stalling and voice actor Mel Blanc was talented on voicing of cartoon characters. In 1944 Leon Schlesinger sold his studio to Warner Bros. and in effect cut out the middleman. In 1945 Bugs Bunny cartoon were chose to number one short subject film in the Motion picture Heralds poll of exhibitors and the title were held for the next 16 years. 1940-1962 Warner Bros cartoon has received many award from their success such as 4 academy awards and 17 nomination.
