1.2 Contours with site levels. (If required) at 5.0 m c/c interval for smaller sites
and at 10m interval for larger sites.

1.3 Dimensions of all boundaries of site including diagonals.

1.4 Location plan.

1.5 North direction.

1.6 Road widths and road levels at 10m interval

1.7 Drainage levels & man hole invert levels

1.8 Electrical lines (Inside the site if any as well as outside) and at ______metre
height

1.9 Telephone lines.

1.10 Trees - ________m dia, _______m height

1.11 Existing or filled up old wells any and details such as dimension, depth,
type of Soil.

1.12 Set backs for neighboring buildings & approximate height, floor levels.

1.13 Title of the land.

1.14 Name of the consultants.

1.15 Name of the Surveyor with contact details

1.16 Any existing Nalla passing through the site.- Temples, Dhargah,
Burial grounds if any adjacent to site.

1.17 Signature of the Surveyor on drawings and date
