Thank you very much for seeing us on Friday and sharing with us some of the
opportunities for coaching and training next year in WA Ellis.

As discussed we have outlined below our suggestions for working with you and your
teams next year to help build on your excellent reputation in the market and ensure a
committed and energetic workforce throughout 2010.

1. Appraisals and Performance Management

A one day workshop for the 5 board members.


The workshop would deal with examples of good and bad appraisals, how to deal
with difficult performance issues, barriers to performance management, giving
constructive feedback, unlocking performance motivation and day to day
performance management versus the big appraisal build up.

This would include creating a new appraisals form

Step One: Design, create forms &


competency framework for you – one day

Step three: Follow


up – half day

We recommend this is planned for Jan 2010

2. One to one leadership coaching for Daniel

5 x two hour coaching sessions which would cover work life balance, time
management, managing a team, delegation, stress management, coping strategies
creating process and structure

Investment £300 per hour


Five (5) 1:1 sessions – with
follow up calls & email over 90
days

3. Best Teams yet

Team building workshops using Myers Briggs Psychometrics to develop self


awareness, understand and value differences in thinking and styles to reduce
misunderstandings and increase trust and cooperation

2 workshops to cover all staff

4. Best Year Yet business planning

A 2 day workshop for the 5 partners to write the business plan for the coming
year and identify the goals for the business and for each area of the business
