HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE STYROFOAM CUTTER

Right now, we will introduce you how to make simple styrofoam cutter. Firstly we
need tools and materials.

Tools and materials :
Nylon wire
Pliers
Screwdriver
Hammer
Trafo 2 A
Some lumber
Bolts or nails
Cardboard

First cut the lumber with dimension 3x3 cm 2 piece and 3x6cm 4 piece. Connect 2
piece lumber 3x6cm with 1 piece 3x3 cm lumber.







Then spikes on that connection (called it n thing). And we must make another one like this
with the last piece lumber. Next is place the travo on that n thing like this








Put that n thing on the cardboard for safety the styrofoam (safety here means we can
minimalize the broken part when we cutting that styrofoam). Then connect +travo 30 volt
with end of wire and connect trafo with another end of wire.

Then the styrofoam cutter is done.

Note : if we connect the wire with the higher votage then we will got more hot that wire to
cut the styrofoam.
