ground, they need to live life in
fear of the Lord with the con-
scious serving attitude, and then
we shall see our tribe rising and
praising God in one accord.

the Lord, the future for our tribe

long pause to journey ahead for
prosperity, unity and develop-
ment.
I do not believe then that one Bru
individual making life prosperous
can define the state and situation
of a tribe and that very individual
may still be defined by the crisis

Awakening among our tribe in
our lifetime.
Isnt it true that most of our
people are sleeping in the dark
when we are asleep in the
Light? Lightwe Christians are
the people in Light, are you
asleep? Are we sound asleep at
the storm outside like Jonah
did? We are sleeping with
dreams of individualism, like I
am what I am, I do what I do,
who and what bothers! Our
tribes issues are so much too
care for my small world. No,
the first step for the great awak-
ening of our tribe is you and I
come to the Light, Jesus Christ
and be awaken.
You and I can talk and talk
we do a lot about the possi-
bilities of uplifting our peo-
ples progress and unity.
Most of our talks ends up
where we converse, and
dreams remains as one unless
turned to deeds. Can we
dream such dream, like Mar-
tin Luther King Jr. once did?
Can we dream of the Bru
Great Awakening in our gen-
eration?
For far too long, we are hav-
ing too many swifting words
but slow foot. Let us now
consider to what we must do
if we wanted to see the Great
One man wakes, awaken another.
Second one wakes his next door
brother, three awake can rouse a
society and guide the whole to the
Light. Many awake will cause the
fuss. Then it finally awake all of
us with dawn in their eyes, surely
then it multiplies. The Bru Awak-
ening then begins with you awak-
ening another with the banner of
the Great Commission, telling
about Jesus (Matt. 28: 17-20).
Why cant we expect the Great
Awakening then, but if only we
step out of our bed with the
strength Christ rose from the
dead, and awakens another.
Let us be awake, and awakening
others, for the Great Awakening?

complete my bachelor studies in theology. I
looked for further studies (Master of Divinity) at
Calvin Institute of Theology, Chennai. But my
studies there was shortened as I was diagnose
with kidney problems and gall bladder, for
which, I had to undergo series of surgery. To
step back from studies because of my sickness
was what saddened me the worst. I cried a lot
over some questions of life, especially theodicy
related like of Job, why me? Why do I have to
suffer? Have I not come here for you Lord, for
your call, for your work?
Sometimes, God gives us problems to be more
stronger that I realize and been realizing over
years now. I remember the words of Apostle
Paul, the thorn in flesh and God said that,
My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is
made perfect in your weakness. (2 Cor. 12:9).
This has been my encouragement, and through

and sisters in Christ. I am Ratna Msha. I
am very much delighted to share some
experience I have been through some
couple of years ago. I am so happy and
thankful to God for what I am today. I am
here sharing to you my experience only
because God intervened into my life.
When I look my years back, I never
thought I would be what I am today. I
always wanted to be someone who cares
for the welfare of the society, the chil-
dren, orphans, the helpless, etc. There-
fore, I enrolled to a theological seminary
with my brother, Ajay Msha at Bangalore
(New Life College) right after my matric-
ulation. I was very glad to take up the
course (B.Th) as I can equip myself to do
the Lords work. This calling of God was
very important to me. My several hurdles
rolled in then I was unhealthy girl right
from my childhood. I often get sick and
be hospitalized.
During my first year of studies, I was
diagnose of Asthma where I have to get
heave medication but I could somehow

it, I realized that, When I am weak, I am
even stronger. Indeed, I am stronger today
because I was once weak. I went through
three series of surgeries, and yet with God,
I am here before you, strong enough to
testify how God has been guiding me
through my hard times.
This year, I am enrolled for the Master of
Social Work (MSW) program at Martin
Luther Christian University, Shillong. I am
very glad as it was my desire to reach out
to people and bring changes in their lives
as social worker, the bondservant of God.
Presently, I am also working in a Bru
Christian Fellowship as Advisor for the
glory of God. Remember my dear brothers
and sisters; God has a better plan for us
than we have for ourselves. Just how God
has work our His purpose in my life, He is
always there to for you as well, to guide
you through your hard times.

group. Pray for their safety and that God will be glorified through their faith in this crisis.
Pray for the African nations, especially those in West AfricaGuinea, Seirra Leone, Liberia, etc., more severely affected by
the deadly diseases and virus called Ebola. There is no concrete medical treatments for this and the disease is out of control
now. Pray that the medical solution to his deadly disease may be found, and that this virus may not spread globally.
Let us continue to pray for the Bru Christian Fellowships (Aizawl, Agartala, Bangalore, Shillong and Silchar) that God will
open doors for more opportunity to use us and also that we may grow from strength to strength.

Please remember the huge damage floods have been affecting Jammu & Kashmir. Pray for the homeless and needy, and that
