Why do you think you have potential to becoming an inspiring future leader?

My initial inspiration of leadership is when

there is an open course from a company that requires not only good academic achievement but also
a great interpersonal skills such as the ability to adapt to new situations and the determination to
not give up. As a proverb says, experience is the best teacher. I realized every experience brings new
lesson and opportunities in person to grow as a leader. In the future, I will invest my time to get
involved in leadership activity. I have the potential to become a leader because I have the strong
willing to learn. BY join NLA I believe it will open up my perspective so i will be able to become and
inspiring future leader. In the future, I will invest my time to get involved in leadership
activity. During the course of my studies, I join student activities such as Church Social
Teaching Group, Chemical Engineering Student Association. Church Social Teaching Group
allows me to meet many friends from another university and many fields of study, get the
training about social analysis and teach catholic freshman about social analysis and activities
that will bring positive impact for them. I become a staff of Chemical Engineering Student
Association in education department. My jobs there are to have a work with team with the
other staff to organized open courses, seminars by certain speakers, and group study. By
doing this activity I can manage and develop myself.


After graduate from this university, I want to work in a company that will process natural resources
and make them useful. Working in a company requires a leadership skills, good communication
skills, and teamwork
leadership is not about where I'm going, but about the people that are travelling with me. I understand that if I do well,
many others will be inspired by my story and be empowered to pursue their dreams. So I'd advise others to have strong
reasons for doing what they are doing, as this helps them stay on track during the tough times.
