TITLE: - PROCEDURE TO PREVENT PERSONNEL FROM INVOLVING IN ANY ACTIVITY THAT DIMINISHES THE CONFIDENCE OF THE CUSTOMER
1. PURPOSE:
To prevent personnel from involving in any activity that diminishes the confidence of the customer.
2. SCOPE:
2.1 The scope is applicable to all EMS personnel.
3 RESPONSIBILITY:
3.1 MD, QM, TM & HOD.
4. REFERENCE :
4.1 Quality Manual Section EMS/QM/4.1 of ISO/IEC 17025: 2005.
5 PROCEDURE:
5.1 It should be noted that when customer submits samples to EMS for testing purpose, the letter accompanying the samples may contain mill TC, customers specification/design/drawing which are very confidential. 5.2 All employees after their absorption at EMS are refrained from disclosing / discussing any information about the customer and strict / punitive actions will be taken against the personnel who indulge in such activities. 5.3 The employees are made to sign the undertaking in the presence of TM which states that they will not indulge in any activity that will be detrimental to the company. 5.4 Any disputes arising between the customer & EMS are kept confidential. 5.5 Discussions pertaining to the disputes are kept between the top management. 5.6 Associated document : EMS/QF/4.1/01- undertaking by all employees.
