BUSINESS ETHICS

Business ethics is a reflection on the values that encloses a decision. It's a reflection on business
practices involving rules and values of individuals, business and society. Its purpose is to apply
their general ethical principles to the main features of the company and business.

It can be said that the ethics of the company is not, if proper operating habits that facilitate them
to achieve happiness not acquire the concrete implementation of the principles and values for
those working in the world of economic exchanges, last goal of any person.

Ethics is necessary not only to face dilemmas when occurs a complex decision that can result in
negative decisions for the Organization, if it is not also unavoidable when the rules of the game,
are altered when vicious behaviours are generalized. "in those cases, it is checked that ethics is like
air for the man: one misses him when he is missing." Business ethics is a set of values, norms and
principles that are shown in the company's culture to be in tune with society and allow a better
adaptation to all environments under conditions that respect the rights of all established by the
society and the values that it shares.

Companies constitute a code of ethics to prevent corruption bad relationships misleading
advertising which are basic principles. Others are the good management of the environment
tolerance to the discrimination by race by color, religion, age, sex or physical or mental disabilities
and respect for the needs and rights of each employee, the vision of a secure environment and
promote respect among employees to avoid the harassment of any kind. Not only ethics is
important in the working environment, but in our daily living. Today the ethical behaviour of the
companies in their activities and business is a concern that engages all sectors of society such as
the State, the Church, and who are the recipients of their products and services.

The companies of any kind must have a code of ethics that relate the honesty that has to be based
on acts and relations of the organization with the society, for the quality of goods and services
provided by the company as a necessary instrument for its contribution to the general welfare of
the community. The ethics of enterprises, as well as having a responsibility to the common good,
is a commitment to permanent towards respect and with all partners: staff, clients, investors,
suppliers, creditors and the State as a representative of the society. Thus, ethics should help
strengthen the credibility and reliability of the whole society in the company, managing to satisfy
the desires and taking account of the rights of all its members.
