To increase learner knowledge of email so there is a better understanding of how to use an email client, whether its for personal or professional development. How will Equality and Diversity be embedded?
Everybody is made to feel welcome regardless of age, gender, sex, religion, race or orientation Initial interview to realise any possible barriers that may affect either the learner or the tutor What Health and Safety/Safeguarding issues need to be considered?
Make all learners aware of fire evacuation procedures and evacuation and assembly points, along with embedding some ground rules and signing in and out Ensure confidentiality and data protection acts are in place
