AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE


I, ANTONINO D. ESMEA , of legal age, and with postal address at 2840 Ma.
Aurora cor E. Zobel Streets, Poblacion, Makati City, after being sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and say THAT:


1. I am employed as Legal Staff of Panopio Escober and Associates Law Offices.
Among my functions are to serve, file and receive pleadings and processes,
coordinate and follow-up status of cases in courts relative to the cases
handled by the office, conduct property search, investigation, skiptracing and
related functions;

2. On December 13, 2013, I served a copy of the Petition for Review thru
registered mail addressed to the following, to wit:
