With regards to the above subject, we would like to inform you that AGW had submitted 76
persons for KES project gate pass where 42 has valid gate pass and 24 processing but current
manpower in site was 15 persons only. Where is the 27 balance manpower with our project
gate pass? This is not acceptable and beyond our understanding on how the manpower
shortage was experienced even though enough gate pass are issued. We had requested the
increase of manpower for so many times by official letter, weekly meeting and progress
meeting. We had attached Manpower Daily Report and AGW Manpower Status for your
reference.
In addition, the Inergen System work is delayed and that variance has slipped to -45% against
project overall schedule because of manpower shortage. The slipped progress could not catch
up and day by day construction schedule become more behind the schedule.
With this, you are strongly instructed to engage the manpower with KES project gate pass in
site immediately and catch up the delayed schedule. If not, the impact on project schedule
because of the delay in Inergen System work will be AGW & TYCO responsibility.
