Marketing Assistant Intern: Infinite Chicago July 2014-September 2014
Planned special events for incoming residents by ordering food, decorating, making flyers
for the event, booking a DJ and purchasing prizes for residents
Contacted food vendors around the DePaul area to provide coupons and free food for
residents during the special events. Was able to obtain business with around ten food
vendors.
Passed out flyers for Infinite around the DePaul, Columbia, and Roosevelt campuses and
talked to people about the apartment complex to help them learn about the building as well
as gain future prospects
Formed strong relationships with schools in the Chicago area so that they could help market
our company to their students
Assisted with social media posts on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Special Events/Marketing Intern: Paramount Events December 2013-March 2014
Managed marketing and social media for the Paramount Events website (Instagram,
Pinterest, and Facebook)
Created proposals for potential clients and tasting menus for clients who had upcoming
events with us
Assisted with setting up tables, linen, equipment, decorations, and food for catering events,
as well as overseeing the event to make sure everything was running smoothly
Cold called various companies to promote our catering menu and ask for their business
