NETWORKING TIPS

1. PERSONALITY: Before you get to start networking, you must assess
your personality because as networking is beneficial, it is also dangerous
because if you have a good personality, your fame will grow and if you
have a bad personality, your infamy will spread because of networking. o
if you are networking for business or some personal gain, you will become
notorious for being selfish and opportunist. !nd at the same time, if you are
gaining help from others to solve your problems, you must also serve them
in some way so that your networking becomes good for you. "on#t use
other people as source, also become a source for others to help them. $f you
evaluate yourself% rather than evaluating others, you will find good friends.
&. FOUNDATION of NETWORKING: 'hen you make friends or you start
networking, base your friendship on the character of your friend rather than
the conditions that he is in ( $n other words, character should be the only
touchstone for your friendship with others. Band conditions are due to three
reasons ( having bad actions so bad actions create bad conditions, in other
cases, the man is good but due to lack of knowledge or training, he is doing
something wrong so his conditions are bad% in this case, his intentions are
good but he has lack of training. )hird is that if the person has bad
conditions, it doesn#t mean that they are the result of his own actions or
wrong*doings.
+. CONSULTATION: ,eep a difference between consultation and decision.
-et#s say some body comes to you for some consultation and he doesn#t act
on what you said or consulted him, don#t get angry% because he asked for
consultation, not decision. .eople make decisions based on consultation
from others but their decision are theirs. !nd if you force him to follow
your advice, then you will be responsible for their results ( but if they make
their own decisions, they will be responsible for their results. /ust advise
people, leave the decision to them.
