RECOMMENDATIONS
Part of our feasibility study recognizes that this recommendation was an
important step in the process of implementing improved locker services in PUP-Taguig.
It is an additional effort to continue moving forward. The following recommendations are
provided to indicate what additional steps should be taken to further define how best to
implement such project.
The project is open for expansion of location base beyond the current location
stated in the project, since it starts at a small share of space in the location
areas within.

It may implement loyalty award to existing customers to discourage
businessman to enter in the same line of industry.

Utilize incentive programs to target new consumers.

As the business grows, it may also provide locker services to other schools.

May improve technological aspects to make the service inquiry easier for
customers.
