LINKAGES AND NETWORKING with ORGANIZATION
The school and its community, in collaboration with public and private instructions and
organization are inseparable if they are to create an impact on the lives of the students and members of
the community they are committed to serve thats why No man is an Island and individuals cannot live
for themselves alone. Every life are connected by a thousand invisible threads, and along these
sympathetic fibers, individual actions run as causes and return to us as a result. Thats why a school in
every community can enjoy linkages and networking activities with international, national and local
organizations for mutual benefits and assistance needed for their improvement and success. But how can
these are done? What would be the benefits to this?
The step for a brighter tomorrow is that the school must prepare their list of project and activities
that they want to commence but they need to also to determine if the institution and organization has the
same goals and objectives for them to offer quality service. But this joint plan will work out with Higher
Education Institutions (HEI) which is very much important inline to teaching professions in education.
With the help of said organization, the school can fully realize its objective of delivering quality
educational service for the countrys youth and as the networking plan progress, the huge contribution of
all the willing partners deserves communitys commendation and support. Phi Lambda Theta, one of the
international Linkages that support students until they graduated and they also honor outstanding student
teachers from Colleges of Education. They are into advance and trends in education which they are going
to discuss into local members that being share to the students which help them to become more
responsible in their learning process and brought them to a world of tomorrow. But this will not happened
without these linkages and networking with organizations supports. Through this, a professional teacher
can now give better service to students and to other education stakeholders in the community because you
are connected to a network of possible sources of educational assistance.
In addition, one of this here in the Philippines was the Community Learning Centers (CLCs)
who brought new life to people because it venues in the local communities where literacy programmes
and other non-formal education takes place and right now their services doesnt just stop in giving
information also, they are now serving skills training, information dissemination on matters of
community concern, capacity-building for income-generating ventures, community awareness and
development, in general. In order to do this, it has become necessary for CLCs to expand their
capabilities, expertise, and resources through collaboration with a variety of partners.
