In National News, In Dallas-- Texas Ebola Patient, Thomas Eric Duncan, 42, died this
morning at exactly 7:51am, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital.
Duncan was diagnosed with the virus in mid-September. Just two days after he
arrived in Texas.
He was the first person to be diagnosed with the killer virus in America during the
current pandemic.
His death came a day after officials began treating him an experimental drug and
days after he took a dramatic turn.
According to the World Health Organization, the insidious disease, Ebola, has killed
more that 3,400 people in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Senegal and Nigeria.
