Introduction: The Survey has been conducted in
the Hospitals/ Nursing homes in Siliguri. The main
task was to find the most selling Enoxaparin brands
in the Nursing Homes, and the monthly average
Sales.

For the purpose of the survey I have visited some of

the reputed Nursing Homes in Siliguri.

The main Nursing Homes that I have visited are,

 Medica North Bengal Clinic
 Anandalok Nursing Home
 Sunrise Nursing Home
 Nayak’s Clinic
 Mitra Nursing Home
 Basu’s Nursing Home
 Heritage Nursing Home
 Ramakrishna Nursing Home.

 FINDINGS

A) MEDICA NORTH BENGAL CLINIC:

The Enoxaparin Brands available in Medica are

• CLERXIN
• LOPERIN.

The monthly average sell is around 15-20 for CLEXIN.

The monthly average sell for LOPARIN is around 6-10.

B) BASU’S CLINIC:

The Enoxaparin Brands available in Basu’s Clinic are,

• LUPINOX
• LMWX
• CLEXIN
• LOPERIN

The monthly average sell of CLEXIN and LUPINOX is

around 20-25.
LMWX and LOPERIN has minimum sell. (Data not
provided).

C) MITRA’S NURSING HOME:

The Enoxaparin Brands available in Mitra’s Nursing Home

are,
• CLEXIN
• LUPINOX

The monthly average sell of CLEXIN is around 30.

The monthly LUPINOX sell is around 10.

D) NAYAK’S NURSING HOME:

The Enoxaparin Brands available in Nayak’s Nursing

Home are,
• CLEXIN

Monthly average selling is around 20.

E) SUNRISE NURSING HOME:

The Enoxaparin Brands available in Sunrise Nursing Home

are,

• LUPINOX
• LMWX
• CLEXIN

The monthly average sell of LUPINOX and CLEXAN are
around 25.

G) HERITAGE NURSING HOME:

• CLEXIN
• LUPINOX

CLEXIN and LUPINOX are the available Enaxaparin

brands. (Monthly sell varies so not provided).

LIMITATIONS:

 Time Limitation.
 Unwillingness of the dealer to provide the required
data.
 Unwillingness to provide the accurate sales data.

CONCLUSION: From the survey I came to know that

CLEXIN and LUPINOX are the most selling brands in the
Nursing Homes compared to the other Enoxaparin brands
available in the market.
