• We have developed a microscale solid phase extraction
process that can isolate purified nucleic acids from
complex samples in a microfluidic chip.

–Stool - Mammalian Cells (RNA, mRNA, DNA)
–Saliva After water elution.

• The technology eliminates many off-chip sample
