Personal Statement:

I am a creative, motivated experienced account manager and Marketing assistant with a

passion for knowledge and specialising in ideation and project development, looking to
expand my experience working with video gaming and technology sectors

Key Skills and Achievements
- Problem solving is a key skill of mine. I am a creative person, focused on ideation and delivering and
developing clients ideas and expectations for a variety of clients, including Sony Computer
Entertainment Europe at GamesCom 2014, Riot Games and Twitch.tv

- I am skilled in writing and producing communications for specific purposes, having worked on
marketing campaigns, project pitches and approaching potential contacts with no prior relationship.

- I am at my best when I am involved in creative discussion, with an opportunity to shape projects. I have
been included in creative meetings at Streaming Tank from the beginning, playing to my strengths and
resulting in interesting pitches to clients, including PaddyPower, Metal Hammer Magazine and Sony.

- I am an excellent relationship manager, spending time understanding the requirements and limitations
of projects. I have run client accounts, established and developed new client relationships and have
demonstrated success in multiple roles.

- I was really proud to work on the Sony presentation at GamesCom as this was a client relationship that
I established and developed, and the project was at the highest level of the industry. I am passionate
about computer games and found this experience an incredible opportunity to demonstrate my strong
gaming sector knowledge..

- I am great at managing and shaping creative marketing campaigns. I worked on a flash sale campaign
for Rimmel London, launched by a countdown into a twitter card. I enjoyed the live and interactive
element of this campaign, and structured a email marketing campaign to coinside with the successful
live event resulted in many contacts for the sales team to follow up.

TIME ETC Limited, Birmingham, Virtual business assistant, November 2010 to February 2014

Timeetc is the premier provider of virtual assistant services to a vast number of businesses.
My role involved responsibility for interviewing candidates and training new staff. I took responsibility for 70%
of the clients managed by my team and answered calls for over 300 different firms and helping with general
business administrative assistance using office packages, graphics packages and CRM systems.
I identified that the team didnt meet the call answering targets, so I investigated individuals conversion rates,
held one to one meetings to address training shortfalls and moved accounts around the team to better match
staff skill sets. Im proud of my motivational leadership and the way I managed to get my team to hit their
targets for the first time.
I was asked by the director to identify opportunities for business expansion with a zero budget. I changed the
structure of the price plan at the bottom end of the scale to create a package which appealed to more clients
without requiring any change in operating procedure. This resulted in an increase in new clients for TimeEtc.
