Why nuclear power plants should not be build

Nuclear Energy is defned as an eco-friendly power plant. This means that it

does not emit any pollutants to the environment, including C!. "t can produce

nuclear power plants. Even though, Nuclear energy suppose to be an
economic and clean renewable energy it involves important ris+s to the
personnel and the community leaving near this enormous facilities. ,esides,
not only it has an impact in people, but also in animal life. %ome important
reason why a nuclear power plant should not be build are the impact on wild
life, the impact on people-s health and the cost-e.ectiveness of build a nuclear
plant.
To begin, a nuclear power plant has an impact on wild life in terms of animals-
ecosystem. Nuclear power plants use water in the process of heating and
cooling down the reactors, for, there are big conducts pipes that swallow up
water. Even though this facilities place stationary screens to prevent that adult
fshes become suc+ by the flters, some animals li+e sea turtles and seals get
trapped and drown. &dditionally, microscopic plan+ton is continuously
engulfed, and this interferes with the habitat and the nutritional chain of fauna

6owever it is not the case. The e3orbitant costs of build and maintain a nuclear
plant is greatly e3pensive and ta+e a long time, at least )' years. 7oreover,
nuclear waste also re/uires a specifc colossal area for storage, which is both,
high priced and dangerous. "t seems to be that the future savings in electricity
ta3es needs to be paid before the pro8ect carries out.
