WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) is now called the Task Force on Youth Developmentby virtue of
Republic Act No. 10632;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Lower Quirino Hill designated a Task Force on Youth Development
through its Resolution Numbered 28, Series of 2014;

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10632, the Sangguniang
Kabataan Fund allocated in the annual budget of the barangays shall only be accessed upon the
creation of Task Force on Youth Development of a Youth Development Plan which shall be reviewed
and approved by the Sangguniang Barangay;

WHEREAS, as presented and approved the Youth Development Plan of the Lower Quirino Hill Task Force on
Youth Development for the Year 2014;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of all, duly seconded, be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED,to enact this Appropriation Ordinance, to wit:


APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NUMBERED 02
(Series of 2014)

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF NINE HUNDRED FOURTY FOUR THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT PESOS AND 27/100 (Php 944,168.47) TO THE BARANGAY
GENERAL FUND AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO THE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF
LOWER QUIRINO HILL BARANGAY PURSUANT TO R.A. 10632.

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay of Lower Quirino Hill, Baguio City that the unused fund of
the Sangguniang Kabataan and embodied in the Youth Development Plan, in the amount of NINE HUNDRED
FOURTY FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT PESOS AND 27/100 (Php 944,168.47), is hereby approved
and summarized as follows:

10% Sangguniang Kabataan Fund Share for 2014 Php 166,936.00
Unused Sangguniang Kabataan Fund as of 12/31/13 Php777,232.47
TOTAL Php 944,168.47
