The Community Rights and Welfare Committee envisions a vibrant and united UP community where community rights and welfare are genuinely advanced and continuously upheld. CRAW, along with the whole SC, forges strong links and establishes unity with other members of the UP community the faculty, research and extension staff, administrative personnel, janitors, security guards, vendors and the urban poor communities within the UP campus.
