We, KRISTINA MARIE T. ECHIVARRE and TOMAS L. CABABAHAY, Filipinos,
both of legal age, with ECHIVARRE residing at 145 A Lopez St., Cebu City and
CABABAHAY residing at 396-B Jones Ave., Cebu City, after been sworn to an oath in
accordance with, do hereby depose and say that:

1. We personally know ALEJANDRO SALINAS, born on March 21, 1972 at
Banawa, Guadalupe, Cebu City.

2. We personally know that ALEJANDRO SALINAS has always used the middle
initial S (which stands for SILVA) in all his dealings and is in fact known to all
his friends and family, including us, as ALEJANDRO S. SALINAS.

3. Mr. Salinass birth certificate however, bears the name ALEJANDRO SALINAS
(without the middle name Silva).

4. The full name ALEJANDRO SALINAS and ALEJANDRO S. SALINAS refers
to one and the same person, named ALEJANDRO S. SALINAS.

5. That this affidavit is made in compliance with any OFFICIAL REQUIREMENTS
and we attest to the veracity of all the statements contained therein.
