Brainstorming is an activity where a
group of people meet to produce new
ideas around a particular area of
interest.

What is it?
Brainstorming works by focusing on a
problem, and then thoughtfully coming
up with as many solutions as possible
and by pushing the ideas as far as
possible.
Types..
Traditional Brainstorming
A group of people sit in a room and
shout out ideas as they occur to them.
Advanced Brainstorming
Specialized techniques, better
processes and better awareness,
combined with new technologies.
Steps..
Gather the participants
Write down a brief description of the
problem
Encourage an enthusiastic, uncritical
attitude among brainstormers
Write down all the solutions that come to
mind
Do NOT censor any solution,
evaluate the list to determine the best
action to correct the problem.
