SUMMARY
Administrative professional with 13+ years working in a support role where responsibilities
included gathering information from multiple sources (internal and external customers and
business partners), analyzing and summarizing the data for reporting and trending purposes. I
also assisted in providing and communicating solutions for internal and external customer needs
as an IT VoIP Project Implementator while working for Citi Group/ Smith Barney. I facilitated
