On behalf of the CEU Law Moot and Debate Circle, I would like to express our gratitude in your

approval and support for the recognition of our organization. In this regard, we are informing
your office that we will be conducting the recruitment process this August 18 29, 2014. The
recruitment process will have four parts: a) Call for application; b) Interview; c) Training; d)
Acceptance.

The Call for Applications starts on the first day of the recruitment period. We will be conducting
room-to-room campaigns to orient the students about the organization. Applicants are required to
fill-out an application form (attached in this letter) and submit a 1 page resume. They will be
called for an interview. Shortlisted applicants will be notified and required to attend a short
training on debate and moot. Afterwards, they shall be accepted in the organization. We assure
you and the administration that there will be no infliction of physical harm in the process.
