My name is Bill Gates, my wife Pam and I own a home in Lakeridge 1.

I spent 35 years as an
owner operator for Sea Land Freight Service in Anchorage. WE moved all kinds of freight
throughout the state of Alaska. I served as chairman of the owner operator committee and we
negotiated truck revenue and some of the freight rates with the company.

I also am a 45 year member Of Teamsters Local 959, State of Alaska. During this time I served as
shop steward assistant and participated in labor negotiations. I also served as a Trustee of
Local 959 for eight years.

My wife and I have sold multiple properties on our own, dealing with title companies, HOAs ,
banks etc.. I have lived in four communities with HOAs and been able to get along with
everyone involved.
