Re: Keisuke Yamada
To Whom It May Concern,
I have been a supervising teacher of Keisuke Yamada throughout his time as a Pre-Service Teacher at Rosehill Secondary College in 2014.
Keisuke took the challenge of being a Pre-Service teacher in his stride. He became a punctual and reliable member of staff throughout his time here. Keisuke was motivated and well prepared for lessons, taking initiative and seeking advice from all members of staff within the Physical Education Department. This resulted in him collecting an array of resources that were available and creating engaging lessons, both practical and theory classes that allowed all of the students to excel.
Keisuke related well to the students and through his passion to teaching was highly respected amongst students. This resulted in Keisuke having minimal behavioural issues within his classroom and allowed him to use variety throughout his delivery of lessons, all of these beneficial in his future teaching career.
Keisuke was open to feedback and was constantly motivated to contribute to the school community. Throughout his time, he accompanied me and assisted with the coaching of a number of interschool sports teams, including the Junior Soccer and basketball teams. This required a high level of organisation and planning amongst giving up lunchtimes to coach the students so that they were adequately prepared.
Keisuke volunteered his time and was known as a pro-active member of our team around the school. He was a valued asset to the school and as a result I believe he would be an asset to any organisation.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss Keisuke any further, please do not hesitate to contact me on 9331 2488 or on the email address above.
