The Northern Coal Extraction Company was a great company.
Changing trends resulted in the decline of manufacturing sector
and thus the coal industry.
Company was facing a melt-down.
The profits were going down.
Manager was thinking to invest in new IT system.
There was communication barrier among employees.
No 4 seam fell down and killed 11 people

How Ann is suppose to correct what she has mis-
communicated to relatives of workers.

Ann Dobbs should tell the truth to relatives with the reason
that problem in telephone line has caused this terrible
mistake.

Communication gap between employees should be checked.

Employees role in the company should be well defined( Jim

BEST SOLUTION
The company should start Disaster Management Techniques.
Under this all the employees including GM and DGM would
be given training related to the disaster management. All the
consequences that are generated are because of lack of
disaster management. Whether it is the unprepared rescue
team or Never used emergency phone are the reasons that
resulted in the worse situation. These ignorances led to major
problem.
For implementation of this a Disaster management
department should be opened in the company.
