The wife will receive one half of the estate.

The other half shall be inherited

by the full blood brother represented by his 3 children, and the half sister. If
some siblings are of full blood and half blood the latter will receive half the
share of the former.
The sharing of the estate will be
I. the wife will receive one half of the estate or P5,000,000
2. the Three (3) nephews will receive P1,111,111.10 each each
3. the half sister will receive P1,666,666.60
