Objective(s):

1. At least 90% of the students should be able to identify the changes that happen during
adolescence physically, mentally and emotionally.
2. Express their own opinion, and experiences towards concepts on laid upon discussion of the
topic.

Procedures:
Greet the class and have an opening prayer.
Review about the past lesson (about childhood).
Warm up/opening Activity
Watch a video about the changes during adolescence.
Proceed with the lesson about adolescence.
*power point presentation
1. Define adolescence
2. Changes during adolescence (site a real life situation. Mood swings during period of ladies,
physical changes)
*Ask them if they have any questions or clarifications before ending your discussion. Encourage them to
raise a question.
Afterwards give them a seatwork (site 5 differences between childhood and adolescence)
