AusVELS Health Students reflect on the range of influences on personal food intake: peers, advertising, mass media, mood, convenience, habit, cultural beliefs and values, and access to food products and services. They explore topical issues related to eating, and identify personal and community factors that influence their own food selection. Intercultural Understanding Students will research different cultures, investigating their diet and nutrition, and making comparisons to their own food choices. General Capabilities ICT Poll Everywhere is used as a different and engaging method for brainstorming. Prezi is being used for final presentation. So not to single any one student out I will remind the whole class that while working as part of a team it is important to work together and help each other out. While I am roaming the room and providing assistance, I will ensure I focus on students who need extra assistance.
