Ingredients: (1) Beef kielbasa (2) Pork kielbasa Tomato catsup Maple syrup Guldens spicy brown mustard Fresh horseradish Grape jelly
I prepare this 1 kielbasa at a time, then put into crock pot to slow cook
Cut kielbasa into slices Brown kielbasa on high heat for 1 minute in non-greased frying pan lower heat to simmer Cut in the following: 1/3 cup catsup cup maple syrup 1/8 cup Guldens spicy brown mustard 2 level tbsp fresh horseradish 2 rounded tbsp grape jelly
Simmer & stir for 2 minutes
Place into covered crock pot on low for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally
