Compliance Calibrator Rule Set Maintenance

Refer to CC_52_UserGuide_20070808.pdf which has the information on how to us the

various utilities mentioned below. The user guide is located in the folder :

There are 3 methods to for changing Rule Set data in Compliance Calibrator:
1) Using the Rule Upload menu functions in the Configuration tab.

These upload routines only work effectively when there is no data in the system.
Additions also seem to work, but once all the data is loaded, there are problems
reloading changes. See #3 for an alternate way to mass load changes.
2) Using the individual search and change functions located under the Rule Architect
tab.

These tools are effective when there are a limited number of changes. Major

updates would take some time to implement.

3) Using the Rule set Export/Import functions under the Utilities menu option under
the Rule Architect tab.

The export produces a text file containing all the rule set information. It is a tab
delimited file that has to be changed in a text file editor like Word or Word Pad
since it is too big to fit in Excel. It is easier to copy/paste with this file and then
import the changes into CC.
