FBD1 - Recurring entries

Hi Guys

I have created a recurring entry as a reference in FBD1.

The same has been creaed for one year period for 15000
Now the amount has been changed for the expense to 18000
Iam sure we cannot change the amount, but is it any way possible to close the pe
riod now or in the coming recurrring period

I tried to close the period before 12 months, but couldnt find the way to do the
same

Hi Bala,

What Srikanth Tamma said is correct. Goto the TCode OB32 and add a new entry as
follows:

Field name: BSEG-WRBTR

Account type: S and also flag the check box "Field can be changed".

The above transaction is to change the rules for changing documents.

After making the above new entry, now goto the TCode FBD2 and change the amount
as per your requirement.

After changing the above recurring entry, i suggest you to revert back the chang
es you did in the TCode OB32 (Delete the entry you created).
