1. Brief Description (in your own words):

a. Venn diagram is a great strategy to use when they are comparing and
contrasting two topics, movies, or assignments. The diagram visually shows the
difference of the two topics at hand.
b. A type of graphic organizer that uses overlapping circles to visually represent the
commonalities amongst sets of information. A Venn diagram is often used in
language arts to show characteristics that are the same in books or characters
2. How you plan to use this strategy in your Practicum, Internship, Student Teaching, or in
Your own classroom
a. As a physical education teacher I think that Venn diagram can be used in any or
every type a way. Since Physical education we dont deal with books as much as
other classes I can tell my student to create a diagram comparing and contrasting
two different sports or athletes .
b. Ex.
