Mentor Teacher Comment

I was privileged in being a mentor for Mark Smith during his pre-service learning. Everyday he came to school
eager to learn from those around him, and enthusiastic to work in the classroom. Throughout his pre-service
learning, Mr. Smith demonstrated excellent pedagogical understanding and is very knowledgeable about his
subject areas. He exhibited classroom management skills that will be beneficial to him in his own classroom,
as well as building positive relationships with the students in the class built on trust and understanding. Mr.
