Myself: Good afternoon. How are you?

Liza: Im fine, thanks. How are you?
Myself: Im fine too, thanks. I would like to fix an appointment with your discuss an important
issue, about our business profit. When are you available?
Liza: When you expect me for an appointment?
Myself: Will it be convenient for you if we meet on Friday?
Liza: Well, I have to check my schedule and then Ill let you know.
Myself: Ok no problem.
Liza: Im sorry! I have another meeting on that day. May I suggest another day, please?
Myself: Yes, Sure! When are you free?
Liza: Can we meet on Sunday?
Myself: Yes Sunday is fine. When do you have time on Sunday?
Liza: At 10.30am. Is it okay?
Myself: Yes, would you tell me where will we meet?
Liza: At our office. Is that all right?
Myself: Sure, well meet at our office.
Liza: All right, Ill see you there. Good bye.
