It was leg and shoulder day. So I did my basic


cardio work and then got started with working
does two muscles. For next time try and do more
weight.

Gym

We warmed up. And did some tactic and skill


activities. I learnt a lot about complex tactic on pro
football. Next I could improve even more my skills.

It was chest and bicep day. Did my basic cardio
work, and work on the two muscles of the day.
Next time try to win my mind and not give up
when lifting.

Football practice

We warmed up. Today with previous tactic
practicing we did a football match, with the coach
encouraging using what we learnt. Next time do
better.

It was triceps and back day. Did my normal cardio
work, and got started with working the muscles.
Next time lift more.

HIV kids helping

I got to the place helped the father give lunch to
the kids by helping put the tables, and serving the
food to the kids. Them stayed for a bit to play with
the kid some football. Difficulties there was some
traffic so got a little bit late as planed. The kids
were very happy, and I felt proud of my self
helping them.

It was cardio and abs day. Y did extended cardio


work and did abs exercises. Successes were that I
did more reps than ever. Next time try to keep it
up.

Football

We warmed up. We did some physic and skill

work, like running certain distances with time and


doing some passing shooting skills. Difficulties
encountered were that I twisted my ankle and was
not able to finish training. Next time try to not get
hurt. Because if this I will not be able to attend
football practices for a week.

Un able to work my legs because of my ankle I did
shoulder and biceps. Did different cardio work like
cycle ling with coach watching my ankle. The got
onto do shoulder and bicep exercise mainly seating
down because of my ankle. Difficulties were was
not able to work legs because of the ankle.

I did same cardio work as yesterday but extended
it. Then did some abs exercising forcing them to
the limit. Success was I worked as hard as possible
and putting my muscles to the limit. Next time do
the same.

I did cardio work. And exercised my chest, triceps
and lumbar. Again the trainer putted my to the
limit, giving me higher weights and more reps.
Success again was able to work as hard as possible.
For next time keep it up.

Football Training

We warmed up running around the field. The we


did some tactical work, and skill abilities. At the
end we did shooting drills.

We did military warm up, and we played football
till the end.

I did cardio work. And exercised my back and
biceps. Again did every muscle to the limit. It was a
success again because I did better than before.
