Name of the Association:

The association shall be called the"PUDUVAI VIZHUDHUGAL SOCIETY" here in

after called/ mentioned as society.

ADDRESS OF THE ASSOCIATION:

The Registration office of the society shall be situated at No:43, Murugan Koil
Street,T.N. Palayam, pondicherry-605007. If any changes take place in the said
address the same shall be duty intimated to all parties concerned within 15 days from
the date of such change.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

The objectives of the society shall be:
1] To promote the standard living of the people
2] To provide uniform, books children who are bleow poverty
3] To give financial facilities to the members of the society for their
family functions.
4] To conduct cultural, society activities, camps.
5] To solve any problems arising for the backward peoples and give
them standard of living.
6] To help people who suffered at the time of flood, natural calamities,
and rehabilitation of their life and first aid at the time
7] To giving education to the illitrate students and take more steps for
their future.

SUBSCRIPTION AND DEPOSTIS:

1] The subscriptions are deposit is Rs. 50/- per month per member.
2] The entrance fee is Rs. 100/- per month
3] This amount to be deposited in a nationalised banks as joint account in the
names of the President and secretary of the association.
4] This deposit amount to be draw from the Banks and lend to the needy
member who are thereby suffering financially for simple rate of interest and this will
be a recovered from them every month in parts with interest along with the
money subscription, and this amount thus collected will be remitted into Bank
accounts again.
In order to administrate the functions of the loan dealings such as:
1] To receive the loan applications from members
2] scrutiny the same to accept the eligibe applications.
3] For loan assistance.
4] To make recommendations by the Executive Committee they will also engage
themselves to recover the loan amounts from the members.
RULES:
1] The money collected per month is Rs. 50/2] The particulars period is finalised to give back the money
3] The last date of giving money for every month is before 5th.
4] The members who are not paid the money for 2 months a continuously
will be discarded.
5] The money will not be refunded tothe discorded members
6] The loan will be shared according to the members.
7] Rs. 3/- per every Rs. 100/- is the interest which should be paid with the principals.

8] In any case of natural calamity or in any situation if the principal is not paid the
interest alone will be collected.
9] If the members is expired due to any accident or diseases,after the decision of the
members, their successors will be nominated as a members of the schems. In the
absence of the successors of any successors of any members after one year of saving,
the money will be given back.
