Legal forms will not be included in the bar For Mercantile law, most questions will ‘come from important commercial laws such ‘as Corporation Code, Negotiable Instruments Law, Transportation and Insurance Laws; 4g. For Criminal law, (i) most questions will come from Revised Penal Code; (ii) no questions on illegal possession of firearms, and that (i) other possible areas of concentration would be on dangerous drugs law, RA 9344 (Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act), RA 9262 (Violence Against Women and Children Act), RA 7610 (Child Abuse), Child ‘Trafficking (differentiate trafficking and kidnapping), RA 7610 (Child Abuse), RA 3019 (Anti-Graft), and RA 7080 (Plunder Law): h. For Taxation, areas of concentration may include the topics on jurisdiction, procedure, basic principles on tariff and customs, limited questions on computations i.
