I found that reviewing the phonics rules were extremely helpful, as I originally felt that I could rely on my memory. I
feel that access to
Phonics resources such as Spaulding and Saxon would be very helpful to improve presenting the rules as well as
improve student performance. I will continue to refine how I teach phonics.

I am seeing first-hand the importance of having a successful plan in plan that fits all students successfully. I am
finding that the methods frequently used in classrooms today do not manage behavior as successfully as I once
thought. I want to research ways to promote positive behaviors from all students. I found that I need to continue
improving upon the way students behavior is managed in class.

I find enriching the above-level students difficult but very necessary. I found that reviewing Blooms Taxonomy was
beneficial and will continue to refer to it frequently. I will continue to refine how students receive enrichment in
class.
