Gebrauchshinweise
Das Z-Point ist ein Rotpunktvisier (Reflexvisier) mit einer einfachen

Vergrerung. Es eignet sich fr das schnelle und przise Visieren mit
Handfeuerwaffen.
Die einfache Vergrerung (1:1) ermglicht das Zielen mit beiden geffneten
Augen. Dadurch steht dem Schtzen das volle visuelle Sehfeld zur Verfgung
und bietet so den grtmglichen Szenenberblick.
Energieversorgung
Die Energieversorgung des Z-Point wird durch zwei Komponenten
gewhrleistet.
1. Solarzelle
2. Batterie (eine Lithium Knopfzelle CR 2032)
Die Solarzelle (Fig. 1/A) untersttzt die Batterie bei der Energieversorgung des
Z-Point und verlngert deren Lebensdauer (bei ausreichenden Lichtverhltnissen) um ein Vielfaches.
Die Funktion des Z-Point ist aber nur mit eingelegter Batterie sichergestellt.
Automatische Ausschaltfunktion
Zum Schutz vor ungewollter Entladung der Batterie, schaltet sich das Z-Point
nach einer Funktionszeit von 4 Stunden selbststndig ab.
Batterie einsetzen
Batteriefachdeckel (Fig. 1/B) mit einer Linksdrehung (gegen den Uhrzeigersinn) abschrauben. Die Batterie mit der Plus-Seite zum Deckel einsetzen.
Der Batteriefachdeckel kann mit einer Mnze geffnet werden.
Wenn das Gert lngere Zeit nicht benutzt wird, sollte die Batterie herausgenommen werden, um Beschdigungen durch Auslaufen der Batterie zu
verhindern.
Das Z-Point ist selbst bei offenem Batteriefach wasserdicht. Dies verhindert,
dass bei einem ntigen Batteriewechsel unter Witterungseinfluss, keine Feuchtigkeit in das Gerteinnere eindringt.
Bedienung
Zum Einschalten des Z-Point wird die Funktionstaste (Fig. 2/B) einmal kurz
bettigt.
Beim Einschalten wird das Helligkeitsniveau des Zielpunktes immer den
jeweiligen Lichtverhltnissen angepasst.
Automatische Helligkeitsregelung
Das Z-Point passt die Helligkeit seines Zielpunktes selbstndig an sich verndernde Lichtverhltnisse an. Dem Schtzen bleibt vorbehalten die Zielpunkthelligkeit seinen individuellen Vorstellungen anzupassen.
Manuelle Helligkeitssteuerung
Die Zielpunkthelligkeit kann manuell ber die Funktionstaste individuell
angepasst werden.
Die Funktionstaste befindet sich unter dem Zeiss-Logo (Fig. 2/B) und ist mit
mehreren Funktionen belegt:

Waffenmontage Z-Point fr Picantinny und Weaver Schiene
Die Montage des Z-Point erfolgt auf einer Schiene, welche in ihrer Ausfhrung
der Picantinny-Rail (MIL-STD 1913) oder der Weaver-Rail entspricht.
Klemmung
Das Z-Point ist mit einer patentierten Federklemmung ausgerstet und kann
somit ohne die Verwendung von Werkzeugen auf die Schiene aufgesetzt
werden.
Gebrauchshinweise
Z-Point montieren
Z-Point mit der Seite der Drucktaste fr die Federklemmung so gegen die
Schiene setzen, dass die hintere Gehusekante (Fig. 3/E) in einer Quernut der
Schiene sitzt.
Drucktaste (Fig. 4/F) drcken und gleichzeitig das Z-Point in Pfeilrichtung
(Fig. 4) ber die Schiene fhren bis das Z-Point sprbar auf der Schiene
einrastet.
Z-Point von der Schiene abnehmen
Umgekehrte Reihenfolge Drucktaste der Federklemmung drcken und
Z-Point entgegen der Pfeilrichtung (Fig. 4) abnehmen.
Waffenmontage Z-Point S auf Sauer Selbstladebchse 303
Das Z-Point S ist mit einer spezial Federklemmung versehen und kann direkt,
ohne zustzliche Montageteile, auf die Sauer Selbstladebchse 303 montiert
werden. Die Montage auf der Sauer Selbstladebchse 303 ist sowohl auf dem
hinteren (Fig. 6) als auch auf dem vorderen Schienenstck (Fig. 7) mglich.
Sicherungshebel (Fig. 5/J) nach oben schwenken, Z-Point S mit der Seite der
Drucktaste (Fig. 4/F) so gegen die Waffenschiene setzen, dass die beiden
Querstege (Fig. 5/K) am Klemmschieber des Z-Points in den Nuten der Waffenschiene sitzen. Drucktaste (Fig. 4/F) drcken und das Z-Point S in Pfeilrichtung
ber die Schiene fhren bis zum Einrasten.
Sicherungshebel (Fig. 5/J) nach unten schwenken. Der Sicherungshebel
(Fig. 5/J) begrenzt die Bewegung des Klemmschiebers und sichert so das
Z-Point S gegen ein unbeabsichtigtes Herunterreien.
Z-Point S von der Schiene abnehmen
Sicherungshebel (Fig. 5/J) nach oben schwenken, Drucktaste (Fig.4/F) der Federklemmung drcken und Z-Point entgegen der Pfeilrichtung (Fig. 4) abnehmen.
Waffenmontage Z-Point F3 auf Blaser Flinte F3
Das Z-Point F3 ist mit einer schwalbenschwanzfrmigen Ausfrsung versehen,
die genau auf die Schiene der Blaser F3 Flinte passt. Z-Point F3 auf die
Schiene (Fig. 8/M) bis gegen Anschlag aufschieben und beide Innensechskantschrauben M4 (Fig. 8/L) anziehen. Zum Abnehmen, beide Schrauben
(Fig. 8/L) lsen und Z-Point nach hinten herunterschieben.
Zielpunktjustierung
Das Justieren des Z-Point wird an den Justierschrauben (Fig. 2/G und H) fr
Hhe und Seite vorgenommen. Dazu mssen die beiden Schutzkappen ber
den Stellschrauben abgenommen werden.
Verwenden Sie zur Justage den mitgelieferten Inbusschlssel.
Setzen Sie die Teilerscheibe auf den Inbusschlssel. Um beim Ablesen mgliche
Parallaxefehler zu vermeiden, sollte die Teilerscheibe nach dem Aufsetzen des
Inbusschlssel soweit wie mglich zum Gehuse hin geschoben werden.
Als Anhaltspunkt zum Ablesen der Teilung, kann eine markante Gehusekante
am Z-Point verwendet werden.
(1 Teilstrich der Teilerscheibe = 1 cm/100 m).
Stellen Sie nach der Schussabgabe eine Abweichung von Ziel- und Treffpunkt
fest (Treffpunktlage), so ist diese wie folgt zu korrigieren:

Treffpunkt oberhalb des Zielpunktes (Waffe schiet hoch):

Hinweis: Die Justierschrauben sind mit einem integrierten Dichtring versehen.
Die Justierschrauben bentigen nach dem Justieren keine zustzliche Sicherung.
Bei komplettem Herausdrehen der Justierschrauben ist der Innenraum des
Z-Point den Umwelteinflssen ausgesetzt.
Pflege und Wartung
Ein Carl Zeiss Z-Point bedarf keiner besonderen Pflege.
Grobe Schmutzteilchen (z.B. Sand) auf den Linsen nicht abwischen, sondern
wegblasen oder mit einem Haarpinsel entfernen.
Fingerabdrcke knnen nach einiger Zeit die Linsenoberflchen angreifen.
Anhauchen und mit einem sauberen Optikreinigungstuch/Optikreinigungspapier nachreiben ist die einfachste Art, Linsenoberflchen zu reinigen.
Gegen den besonders in den Tropen mglichen Pilzbelag auf der Optik hilft
eine trockene Lagerung und stets gute Belftung der ueren Linsenflchen.
Gebrauchshinweise
Achtung
Die Solarzellenabdeckung besteht aus extrem schlagfestem, transparentem
Kunststoff und ist resistent gegen bliche Reinigungsmittel.
Es darf jedoch kein hochprozentiger Alkohol (bzw. Lsungsmittel) zur Reinigung des transparenten Kunststoffes, des Gehuses oder der Anbauteile
verwendet werden!
Schauen Sie keinesfalls mit dem Z-Point in die Sonne oder Laserlichtquellen,
dies knnte zu schweren Augenverletzungen fhren.

switches off or indicates battery empty

To prevent short circuits, cover the battery contacts with an adhesive strip.

to wherever the batteries were purchased or to the public

The Z-Point is a red point sight (reflex sight) with simple magnification.
It is suitable for rapid and accurate aiming of handguns.
The simple magnification (1:1) allows the weapon to be aimed with both eyes
open, thus enabling the person firing the weapon to see the full field of vision
and so have the greatest possible view of the scene.
Power supply
The Z-Point has a dual power supply.
1. A solar cell
2. A battery (a Lithium CR 2032 battery)
The solar cell (Fig. 1/A) supports the batterys power supply to the Z-Point,
extending its useful life (when light conditions are favourable) many times
over.
However, the Z-Point will only work when a battery is installed.
Automatic switch-off function
The Z-Point will switch off automatically after operating for 4 hours in order to
prevent the battery from unintentional discharge.
Inserting the battery
Remove the battery compartment cover (Fig. 1/B) by turning to the left
(counter-clockwise). Insert the battery with the + side towards the cover.
The battery cover can be opened with a coin.
If the instrument is not to be used for a lengthy period, the battery should be
removed to prevent damage caused by leakage from the battery.
The Z-Point is still water-proof when the battery compartment is open.
This prevents water from penetrating into the sight if you have to change
batteries in wet weather.
Operation
Press the function button (Fig. 2/B) briefly once to switch the Z-Point on.
When you switch on, the brightness of the red target dot is automatically
adjusted to suit the ambient brightness.
Automatic brightness control
The Z-Point automatically adjusts the brightness of its target dot as light
conditions change. However, the user can adjust the brightness to suit his/her
individual requirements.
Manual brightness control
The brightness of the target dot can be adjusted to suit individual requirements by using the function button.
The function button is under the Zeiss logo (Fig. 2/B) and operates a number
of functions:

Note: To be sure that the control system operates properly, make certain that
the sensor (Fig. 1/C) is not covered.
Mounting the Z-Point for Picatinny and Weaver rails to the weapon
The Z-Point is mounted on a Picantinny rail (MIL-STD 1913) or a Weaver rail.
Clamp
The Z-Point is fitted with a patented spring clamp. It can therefore be mounted
on the rail without the use of tools.
Installing the Z-Point
Place the Z-Point with the side with the push-button for the spring clamp
against the rail so that the rear edge of the housing (Fig. 3/E) fits into a
transverse groove on the rail.
Press the push-button (Fig. 4/F) and at the same time guide the Z-Point in the
direction of the arrow (Fig. 4) over the rail until the Z-Point clearly locks into
position on the rail.
Removing the Z-Point from the rail
Follow the above directions but in the reverse order press the push button
for the spring clamp and move the Z-Point in the opposite direction to the
arrow (Fig. 4).
Mounting the Z-Point S on Sauer 303 self-loading rifle
The Z-Point S features a special spring clamp and can be directly mounted
to the Sauer 303 self-loading rifle without additional assembly components.
It is possible to mount the Z-Point S on the Sauer 303 on both the front
(Fig. 6) and back (Fig. 7) of the rail.
Lift the safety lever (Fig. 5/J), place the push button (Fig. 4/F) side of the
Z-Point S against the weapon rail so that both crosspieces (Fig. 5/K) on the
slide clamp of the Z-Point sit in the groove of the weapon rail. Press the push
button (Fig. 4/F) and guide the Z-Point S over the rail in the direction of the
arrow until it locks into place.
Lower the safety lever (Fig. 5/J). The safety lever (Fig. 5/J) limits the movement
of the slide clamp, thus protecting the Z-Point S from being unintentionally
knocked off.
Removing the Z-Point S from the rail
Lift the safety lever (Fig. 5/J), press the push button (Fig.4/F) of the spring
clamp and remove the Z-Point in the opposite direction of the arrow (Fig. 4).
Mounting the Z-Point F3 on a Blaser Flinte F3
The Z-Point F3 has a groove in the form of a dove-tail which exactly fits the
rail of the Blaser F3 Flinte. Push the Z-Point F3 along the rail (Fig. 8/M) until
it meets the end-stop; tighten both M4 socket head screws (Fig. 8/L).
To remove the Z-Point F3, unscrew both screws (Fig. 8/L) and slide the Z-Point
towards the rear.
Adjusting the target dot
The Z-Point is adjusted for height and lateral variation by use of the adjustment screws (Fig. 2/G and H). The two protective covers over the adjusting
screws must be removed to make any adjustments.
Use the Allen wrench supplied to do this.
Place the indexing disc on the Allen wrench. In order to avoid possible parallax
errors when reading off, the indexing disc should be pushed as far as possible
towards the housing after the Allen wrench has been placed in position.
A prominent edge of the Z-Point housing can be used as a reference point

when reading off the divisions.
(1 division on the indexing disc = 1 cm/100 m).
Note the variation between the target dot and the point of impact during
shooting and correct as follows:
Point of impact below the target dot
(the weapon is shooting low): turn the adjusting screw in direction H/U
Point of impact above the target dot
(the weapon is shooting high): turn the adjusting screw in direction T/D
Point of impact to the left of the target dot
(the weapon is shooting to the left): turn the adjusting screw in direction R
Point of impact to the right of the target dot
(the weapon is shooting to the right): turn the adjusting screw in direction L
Note: The adjusting screws are provided with an integral circular seal.
The adjusting screws do not need to be tightened further after adjustment.
The interior of the Z-Point is exposed to the effects of the environment if the
adjusting screws are completely removed.
Care and maintenance
A Carl Zeiss Z-Point needs no special care.
Do not wipe off coarse dirt particles (e.g. sand) from the lenses, but blow
them off or remove them with a soft brush.
Fingerprints on the lens surfaces may affect them in the course of time.
The easiest way to keep the lenses clean is by breathing on them and wiping
with a soft optical cleaning cloth or optical cleaning paper.
To avoid a possible fungal coating which is common in the tropics, store the
optics in a dry place and always ensure good aeration of the lens surface.
Important
The cover of the solar cell is made from a transparent plastic which is
extremely resistant to impact; it is also resistant to the usual cleaning
materials.
You must not use any cleaner with a high alcohol content (or solvent) to
clean the transparent plastic, the housing or attachments.
Never look at the sun or a laser light source through the Z-Point. This can
lead to serious injury to the eye.

Mode demploi
Le viseur reflex Z-Point est dot dun point rouge lumineux dun grossissement
de 1x. Il se prte la vise rapide et prcise sur des armes feu de poing.
Le rapport de grossissement simple (1:1) du point lumineux fait quil est peru
en taille relle et permet de viser en gardant les deux yeux ouverts. Le tireur
peut ainsi couvrir du regard tout le champ de vision et bnficier dune vue
densemble optimale de la scne.
Alimentation lectrique
Lalimentation lectrique hybride du viseur Z-Point est assure par deux
composants.
1. Une cellule solaire
2. Une pile (ronde au lithium du type CR 2032)
Prvue pour fournir un appoint de courant au viseur Z-Point (en prsence de
conditions dclairement ambiantes suffisantes), la cellule photovoltaque
(Fig. 1/A) supple la pile dont la dure de vie est ainsi accrue dun ordre de
grandeur apprciable.
Le fonctionnement du viseur Z-Point nest toutefois garanti que si la pile est
bien mise en place.
Fonction coupe-circuit automatique
Pour prmunir la pile de toute dcharge inopine, le viseur Z-Point est dsactiv
automatiquement aprs une dure de service de 4 heures.
Insertion de la pile
Dvisser le couvercle du logement de pile (Fig. 1/B) en le tournant gauche
(dans le sens contraire des aiguilles dune montre). Orienter le ple positif de
la pile en direction du couvercle lors de la mise en place.
Le couvercle du logement de pile peut tre ouvert laide dune pice de
monnaie.
Si lappareil nest pas utilis pendant une priode prolonge, il convient
dextraire la pile pour empcher toute fuite susceptible de causer des dtriorations.
Le viseur Z-Point est tanche leau mme lorsque le couvercle du logement
de pile est ouvert. Cette proprit empche que lhumidit ne sinfiltre
lintrieur de lappareil quand un changement de pile simpose dans des
conditions soumises linfluence dintempries.
Emploi
La mise en marche du viseur Z-Point seffectue en donnant une brve impulsion
sur la touche fonctionnelle (Fig. 2/B).
Lors de cette activation, le niveau de luminosit du point de vise lumineux
sadapte toujours aux conditions dclairement ambiantes.
Rgulation automatique de lintensit lumineuse
Le viseur Z-Point ajuste la luminosit de son point central ds que lclairement
vient fluctuer dans lespace environnant. Le tireur peut nanmoins rectifier
lintensit lumineuse du point de vise son gr en fonction de ses prfrences
personnelles.
Rglage manuel de la luminosit
Lutilisateur peut faire varier manuellement lintensit lumineuse du point de
vise sur la touche fonctionnelle selon ses exigences particulires.
Plusieurs fonctions sont affectes la touche qui est amnage en dessous du
logo de Zeiss (Fig. 2/B) :

Montage sur larme Z-Point pour rail Picantinny et Weaver
Le viseur Z-Point est arrim sur larme au moyen dun rail dont la version peut
tre excute conformment au modle Picantinny (MIL-STD 1913) ou Weaver.
Dispositif de serrage
Le viseur Z-Point est quip dune fixation lastique ( ressort) brevete si
bien quil peut tre pos sur le rail sans ncessiter doutils.

Montage du viseur Z-Point

Incliner le viseur Z-Point de sorte que le flanc muni du poussoir de fixation
lastique soit plaqu contre le rail et que le bord postrieur du botier
(Fig. 3/E) se trouve ainsi encastr dans une rainure transversale du rail.
Presser le poussoir (Fig. 4/F) tout en guidant le viseur Z-Point dans le sens de
la flche (Fig. 4) sur le rail jusqu ce quil sy enclenche dune manire
audible.

Procder dans lordre inverse des oprations dcrites prcdemment, cest-dire appuyer sur le poussoir de fixation lastique et retirer le viseur Z-Point
dans le sens inverse de la flche (Fig. 4).
Montage sur larme : montage du viseur Z-Point S
sur une carabine Sauer 303 semi-automatique
Le viseur Z-Point S est quip dune fixation lastique spciale permettant le
montage direct sur une carabine semi-automatique Sauer 303 sans pices de
fixation supplmentaires. Le montage sur la carabine semi-automatique Sauer
303 est possible sur la partie arrire (Fig. 6) comme avant (Fig. 7) du rail.
Soulever le levier de scurit (Fig. 5/J), placer le viseur Z-Point S contre larme
ct poussoir (Fig. 4/F) de faon ce que les deux griffes de montage
(Fig. 5/K) de la pince ressort du viseur Z-Point sengagent dans les rainures
du rail de larme. Appuyer sur le poussoir (Fig. 4/F) et guider le Z-Point sur le
rail dans le sens de la flche jusqu enclenchement.
Baisser le levier de scurit (Fig. 5/J). Le levier de scurit (Fig. 5/J) limite le
mouvement de la pince ressort et assure le Z-Point S contre un arrachement
involontaire.

Soulever le levier de scurit (Fig. 5/J), appuyer sur le poussoir de fixation
lastique (Fig. 4/F) et retirer le viseur Z-Point en le sens inverse de la flche
(Fig. 4).
Montage du viseur Z-Point F3 sur un fusil de chasse Blaser F3
Le viseur Z-Point F3 est pourvu dun videmment frais en forme de queue
daronde qui sadapte parfaitement sur le rail du fusil Blaser F3. Enfoncer le
viseur Z-Point F3 sur le rail (Fig. 8/M) jusquen bute, puis serrer les deux vis
six pans creux M4 (Fig. 8/L). Pour dmonter le viseur, desserrer les deux vis
(Fig. 8/L) et tirer le viseur Z-Point vers larrire pour le dsengager du rail.
Ajustage du point de vise

Le viseur Z-Point est ajust verticalement et latralement sur les vis (Fig. 2/G
et H) prvues cette fin. Il faut alors enlever les deux capuchons qui coiffent
les vis de rglage.
Se servir de la cl six pans jointe la livraison pour procder lajustage.
Positionner la cible gradue sur la cl six pans creux. Pour viter dventuelles erreurs de parallaxe lors de lecture, la cible gradue doit tre pousse
aussi loin que possible dans la direction du botier.
Il est conseill de prendre un bord prcis du botier comme point de rfrence
sur le viseur Z-Point pour lire la graduation.
(1 trait de graduation de la molette = 1 cm/100 m)
Une fois le tir effectu, constater la dviation du point dimpact par rapport
au point de vise et la corriger de la manire suivante :

Remarque : Les vis dajustage sont pourvues dune rondelle dtanchit
intgre. Suite lajustage, les vis ne ncessitent aucune scurisation
supplmentaire.
Si les vis dajustage sont compltement desserres et tes, lespace intrieur
du viseur Z-Point est expos aux influences environnementales.
Nettoyage et entretien
Un viseur Z-Point de Carl Zeiss nexige pas dentretien particulier.
Ne pas essuyer les grosses particules de salet (des grains de sable, par exemple)
dposes sur les lentilles, mais les pousseter laide dun pinceau fin ou les
chasser en soufflant dessus.
Les empreintes laisses par les doigts peuvent finir par altrer les surfaces des
lentilles au bout dun certain temps. Le moyen le plus simple de les enlever
consiste les embuer par un souffle dair expir puis les frotter avec un
chiffon ou un papier de nettoyage optique propre.
Pour prvenir la formation de moisissures qui est susceptible de se produire

dans les pays tropicaux notamment, il convient de garder la lunette de vise

toujours au sec et de veiller une bonne aration des surfaces de lentilles
extrieures.
Attention
Le couvercle de la cellule solaire est constitu dune matire plastique
transparente anti-chocs et il est rsistant aux nettoyants usuels. Lusage
dun alcool fort (ou dun solvant) est cependant proscrire pour nettoyer
la matire plastique transparente du botier ou les pices dassemblage !
Ne jamais pointer le viseur Z-Point en direction du soleil ni vers des
sources de rayonnement laser pour ne pas risquer de subir de graves
lsions oculaires !

Z-Point un mirino a punto rosso (mirino reflex) con un ingrandimento

semplice, adatto per prendere la mira in modo rapido e preciso con armi da
fuoco portatili.
Lingrandimento semplice (1:1) permette di mirare tenendo aperti entrambi gli
occhi. In questo modo il tiratore ha a disposizione lintero campo visivo, con
la panoramica pi ampia possibile dellambiente.
Alimentazione
Lalimentazione dello Z-Point assicurata da due componenti.
1. Cella solare
2. Batteria (una a bottone al Litio CR 2032)
La cella solare (Fig. 1/A) supporta la batteria nellalimentazione dello Z-Point,
moltiplicandone la durata (in condizioni di luce sufficiente).
Il funzionamento dello Z-Point per assicurato solo con la batteria inserita.
Funzione di spegnimento automatica
Per evitare lesaurimento non intenzionale della batteria, lo Z-Point si spegne
automaticamente dopo 4 ore di funzionamento.
Inserimento della batteria
Svitare il coperchio del vano batteria (Fig. 1/B), ruotandolo verso sinistra
(senso antiorario). Inserire la batteria con il polo positivo verso il coperchio.
Il coperchio del vano batteria pu essere aperto con una moneta.
Se lapparecchio non viene utilizzato per un periodo di tempo molto lungo, la
batteria andrebbe rimossa per evitare danni dovuti a perdite della medesima.
Z-Point impermeabile anche con il vano batteria aperto. In questo modo,
allinterno dello strumento non penetra umidit anche qualora fosse necessario
sostituire la batteria in condizioni di maltempo.
Istruzioni dimpiego
Utilizzo
Premere brevemente una volta il tasto funzione per accendere lo Z-Point
(Fig. 2/B).
Allaccensione, il livello di luminosit del punto di mira viene sempre adeguato
alle condizioni di luce presenti.
Regolazione automatica della luminosit
Lo Z-Point adegua automaticamente la luminosit del suo punto di mira alle
mutevoli condizioni di luce. Il tiratore pu sempre regolare la luminosit del
punto di mira in base alle esigenze individuali.
Controllo manuale della luminosit
La luminosit del punto di mira pu essere regolata manualmente in modo
individuale tramite il tasto funzione.
Il tasto funzione si trova sotto il logo Zeiss (Fig. 2/B) e assolve diverse funzioni:

O Premere e tenere premuto il tasto funzione fino a quando si raggiunge

Montaggio sullarma di Z-Point per guida Picantinny e Weaver
Lo Z-Point viene montato su di una guida corrispondente al modello
Picantinny-Rail (MIL-STD 1913) o Weaver-Rail.
Bloccaggio
Lo Z-Point presenta un bloccaggio a molla brevettato che consente il suo
fissaggio senza attrezzi sulla guida.
Montaggio dello Z-Point

Posizionare lo Z-Point con il lato del pulsante per il bloccaggio a molla contro
la guida in modo che il lato posteriore dellinvolucro (Fig. 3/E) trovi sede in
una scanalatura trasversale della guida.
Premere il pulsante (Fig. 4/F) e, contemporaneamente, spingere lo Z-Point
nella direzione della freccia (Fig. 4) sulla guida fino a quando, percettibilmente,
lo Z-Point si blocca a scatto sulla guida.
Rimozione dello Z-Point dalla guida
Sequenza inversa Premere il pulsante del bloccaggio a molla e rimuovere lo
Z-Point in senso opposto a quello indicato dalla freccia (Fig. 4).
Montaggio sullarma di Z-Point S su carabina Sauer 303
Lo Z-Point S dotato di uno speciale bloccaggio a molla e pu essere montato
direttamente sulla carabina Sauer 303 senza componenti di montaggio
supplementari. Il montaggio sulla carabina Sauer 303 possibile sia sullelemento guida posteriore (Fig. 6) sia su quello anteriore (Fig. 7).
Orientare la leva di sicurezza (Fig. 5/J) verso lalto, porre lo Z-Point S con il
lato del pulsante (Fig. 4/F) contro la guida dellarma in modo che entrambe
le staffe trasversali (Fig. 5/K) sul morsetto scorrevole dello Z-Point trovino
sede nelle scanalature della guida dellarma. Premere il pulsante (Fig. 4/F) e
guidare lo Z-Point S nella direzione della freccia sopra la guida fino a quando
scatta in posizione.
Orientare la leva di sicurezza (Fig. 5/J) verso il basso. La leva di sicurezza
(Fig. 5/J) limita il movimento del morsetto scorrevole, assicurando cos che lo
Z-Point S non venga accidentalmente strappato.
Rimozione dello Z-Point S dalla guida
Orientare la leva di sicurezza (Fig. 5/J) verso lalto, premere il pulsante
(Fig. 4/F) del bloccaggio a molla e rimuovere lo Z-Point in senso opposto a
quello indicato dalla freccia (Fig. 4).
Montaggio sullarma dello Z-Point F3 su fucile da caccia Blaser F3
Lo Z-Point F3 dotato di una fresatura a coda di rondine, perfettamente
adatta alla guida del fucile da caccia Blaser F3. Spingere fino allarresto lo
Z-Point F3 sulla guida (Fig. 8/M) e serrare entrambe le viti a esagono cavo
M4 (Fig. 8/L). Per rimuoverlo allentare entrambe le viti (Fig. 8/L) e spingere
indietro lo Z-Point.
Istruzioni dimpiego
Regolazione del punto di mira

La regolazione dello Z-Point avviene tramite viti di regolazione (Fig. 2/G e H)
in verticale e in orizzontale. Rimuovere allo scopo entrambi i tappi protettivi
sopra le viti di regolazione.
Per effettuare la regolazione utilizzare la brugola in dotazione.
Inserire il disco graduato sulla brugola. Per evitare i possibili errori di parallasse
in lettura, dopo il posizionamento della brugola, il disco graduato andrebbe
spinto il pi possibile verso lalloggiamento.
Come punto di riscontro per la lettura della graduazione possibile utilizzare
un bordo marcato sullo Z-Point.
(1 tacca del disco graduato = 1 cm/100 m).
Se dopo lo sparo si rileva uno scostamento tra punto di mira e punto colpito
(posizione del punto colpito), procedere alla sua correzione come di seguito
indicato:

Avvertenza: Le viti di regolazione sono provviste di anello di tenuta integrato.
Dopo la regolazione non richiedono nessuna ulteriore messa in sicurezza.
Svitando completamente le viti di regolazione, linterno dello Z-Point esposto
alle influenze ambientali.
Pulizia e manutenzione
Carl Zeiss Z-Point non richiede particolare pulizia.
Soffiare via oppure eliminare con un pennello eventuali particelle grossolane
di sporco presenti sulle lenti, come ad esempio granelli di sabbia.
Con il tempo le impronte possono corrodere la superficie delle lenti. Il modo
pi semplice di pulire la superficie delle lenti consiste nel soffiare via lo sporco
e poi strofinare con una velina pulita.
Per prevenire eventuali formazioni di funghi sullottica possibili soprattutto ai
tropici, si raccomanda una conservazione in ambiente asciutto ed una buona
ventilazione delle superfici esterne delle lenti.
Attenzione
La copertura delle celle solari costituita da plastica trasparente, con
elevate caratteristiche antiurto ed resistente ai tradizionali detergenti.
Tuttavia, non si deve utilizzare alcun detergente con unelevata percentuale
di alcool (o solvente) per la pulizia della plastica trasparente dellinvolucro
o degli accessori!
Non guardare in nessun caso il sole o fonti di luce laser con lo Z-Point
poich ci potrebbe causare gravi lesioni agli occhi.

Mode de empleo
El Z-Point es un visor de punto rojo (visor reflex) de un aumento, adecuado

para apuntar con rapidez y precisin con armas de fuego manuales.
El aumento (1:1) permite apuntar con los dos ojos abiertos. De esta forma el
tirador tiene a disposicin todo el campo visual y le ofrece la visin ms amplia
posible del entorno.
Suministro de energa
El suministro de energa del Z-Point lo garantizan dos componentes:
1. Clula solar
2. Batera (batera de litio tipo botn CR 2032)
La clula solar (Fig. 1/A) respalda la batera durante el suministro de energa
al Z-Point, alargando as considerablemente la vida til de la misma (cuando
las condiciones de luz son suficientes).
Sin embargo, el funcionamiento del Z-Point slo quedar asegurado con la
batera introducida.
Funcin de apagado automtico
A fin de evitar que la batera se descargue de forma no intencional, el Z-Point
se apaga automticamente despus de transcurrido un tiempo de funcionamiento de 4 horas.
Colocar la batera
Desenroscar la tapa del compartimiento de la batera (Fig. 1/B) girndola a la
izquierda (en el sentido contrario al de las manecillas del reloj). Introducir la
batera con el polo positivo en direccin a la tapa. La tapa del compartimiento
de la batera se puede abrir con ayuda de una moneda.
Si no se utiliza el aparato durante un tiempo largo recomendamos sacar la
batera para evitar que el cido de la misma cause deterioros.
El Z-Point es estanco, incluso cuando el compartimiento de la batera est
abierto, evitando as que la humedad penetre en el interior del aparato a la
hora de realizar un cambio de bateras en el campo con malas condiciones
atmosfricas.
Manejo
Para encender el Z-Point se activa una vez durante corto tiempo la tecla de
funcin (Fig. 2/B).
Despus de encender el aparato, el nivel de luminosidad del punto de mira se
adapta continuamente a las condiciones de luz del medio ambiente.
Regulacin automtica de la luminosidad

El Z-Point adapta independientemente la luminosidad de su punto de mira a
las condiciones de luz cambiantes. Sin embargo, el tirador tiene la posibilidad
de modificar la luminosidad del punto de mira de acuerdo a sus deseos
individuales.
Regulacin manual de la luminosidad
La tecla de funcin permite ajustar manual e individualmente la luminosidad
del punto de mira.
La tecla de funcin se encuentra debajo del logotipo Zeiss (Fig. 2/B) y le han
sido asignadas varias funciones:

Montar el Z-Point en armas con riel Picantinny o Weaver
En montaje del Z-Point se realiza en un riel, cuyo diseo corresponde al riel
Picantinny (MIL-STD 1913) o al Weaver.
Sujecin
El Z-Point viene equipado con un dispositivo de sujecin elstico y patentado
y, por consiguiente, se puede colocar en el riel sin necesidad de utilizar
herramientas.
Montar el Z-Point
Colocar el Z-Point con el lado del pulsador para el dispositivo de sujecin
elstico contra el riel de tal manera que el borde posterior de la carcasa
(Fig. 3/E) encaje en la ranura transversal del riel.
Mode de empleo
Presionar el pulsador (Fig. 4/F) y desplazar a la vez el Z-Point en direccin de

la flecha (Fig. 4) a lo largo del riel hasta que el Z-Point encaje perceptiblemente en el riel.
Quitar el Z-Point del riel
En orden inverso Presionar el pulsador del dispositivo de sujecin elstico
y quitar el Z-Point desplazndolo en direccin contraria a la flecha (Fig. 4).
Montaje del Z-Point S en la escopeta semiautomtico Sauer 303
El Z-Point S viene equipado con un dispositivo de sujecin elstico y se
puede colocar directamente en el riel sin necesidad de utilizar herramientas
en la escopeta semiautomtica Sauer 303. El montaje en la escopeta semiautomtica Sauer 303 es posible tanto en la parte trasera (Fig. 6) como en la
parte delantera del riel (Fig. 7).
Subir la palanca de aseguramiento (Fig. 5/J), colocar el Z-Point S aversas
(Fig. 5/K) en la corredera de apriete del Z-Point se encuentren en las ranuras
del riel del arma. Presionar el pulsador (Fig. 4/F) y deslizar el Z-Point S en
sentido de la flecha sobre el riel hasta que se encaje.
Bajar la palanca de aseguramiento (Fig. 5/J). La palanca de aseguramiento
(Fig. 5/J) limita el movimiento del dispositivo de sujecin elstico y asegura
as el Z-Point S contra un desprendimiento involuntario.
Desmontar el Z-Point S del riel
Subir la palanca de aseguramiento (Fig. 5/J), presionar el pulsador del
dispositivo de sujecin elstico (Fig.4/F) y retirar el Z-Point contra el sentido
de la flecha (Fig. 4).
Montaje del Z-Point F3 en una escopeta Blaser F3
El Z-Point F3 est provisto de una entalladura en forma de cola de milano
que encaja perfectamente en el carril de la escopeta Blaser F3. Desplace el
Z-Point F3 en el carril (Fig. 8/M) hasta el tope y apriete los dos tornillos de
cabeza con hexgono interior M4 (Fig. 8/L). Para sacarlo, suelte los dos
tornillos (Fig. 8/L) y desplace hacia atrs el Z-Point.
Ajuste del punto de mira
El ajuste del Z-Point para el lado y la altura se realiza por medio de los tornillos de ajuste de ajuste (Fig. 2/G y H). A tal efecto, se deben quitar las dos
tapas protectoras que se encuentran encima de los tornillos de ajuste.
Utilice para el ajuste la llave con macho hexagonal que se entrega con la mira.
Coloque el disco graduado en la llave con macho hexagonal. A fin de evitar
posibles errores de paralaje es recomendable aproximar el disco graduado lo
ms posible a la carcasa despus de colocar la llave con macho hexagonal.
A la hora de leer la graduacin, se podr emplear el borde marcado de la

carcasa en el Z-Point como punto de referencia.
(1 raya de graduacin del disco graduado = 1 cm/100 m).
Si despus del tiro se verifica una divergencia entre el punto de mira y el
punto de impacto (posicin del punto de impacto), ser necesario corregirla
de la forma siguiente:

Nota: Los tornillos de ajuste estn provistos de un anillo de obturacin integrado.
Despus del ajuste, los tornillos de ajuste no necesitan ningn seguro adicional.
En caso de sacar completamente los tornillos de ajuste, el interior del Z-Point
estar expuesto a las influencias del medio ambiente.
Cuidado y mantenimiento
El Z-Point de Carl Zeiss no requiere ningn cuidado especial.
Las partculas de suciedad gruesas (p.ej. arena) en las lentes no se frotarn,
sino se soplarn con una perilla o se eliminarn con un pincel.
Tras cierto tiempo, las huellas digitales podrn atacar las superficies de las
lentes. La manera ms sencilla de limpiar las superficies de las lentes consiste
en empaarlas con vaho, frotndolas a continuacin con un papel o pao
limpiagafas.
Contra el ataque de la ptica por hongos, que podra darse especialmente en
las regiones trpicas, sirve guardar el visor en un lugar seco, ventilando
siempre bien las superficies externas de las lentes.
Mode de empleo
Atencin
La tapa de las clulas solares estn hechas de plstico transparente,
extremadamente resistente a los golpes y a los detergentes habituales.
Sin embargo, aconsejamos no alcohol muy concentrado (o disolventes)
para limpiar el plstico transparente, la carcasa o las piezas incorporadas!
Por ningn motivo utilice el Z-Point para mirar el sol o una fuente de luz
lser, dado que los ojos pueden lesionarse gravemente.

av efter en anvndningstid p 4 timmar.

Bateria soneczna (Fig. 1/A) uzupenia energi dostarczan przez bateri
litow do zasilania celownika Z-Point i wielokrotnie przedua ywotno
baterii litowej (przy wystarczajcym nawietleniu).
Dziaanie celownika Z-Point jest jednak zapewnione tylko z zainstalowan
bateri litow.
Funkcja automatycznego wyczania
Aby zapobiec rozadowaniu baterii, celownik Z-Point wycza si samoczynnie
po upywie 4 godzin.
Instalowanie baterii
Odkr pokryw wnki baterii (Fig. 1/B), obracajc j w lewo (w kierunku
przeciwnym do kierunku obrotu wskazwek zegara). W bateri biegunem
dodatnim (+) zwrconym do pokrywy.
