Customer support engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience for providing onsite support for diagnosis/troubleshooting, service/repairs and maintenance of IT Equipments to end customers for hardware, software & networks Install OS & fix issues on Servers, Desktops and Notebooks. Setup & maintain Corporate LAN/WAN infrastructure. Must have experience with configuring e-mail clients, any backup softwares and various application softwares. Strong Knowledge of Networking concepts and OSI /TCP/IP Protocol Troubleshooting Windows -XP/ 7 /8 O/S level troubleshooting.
