Job Description:

Urgent Requirement for Customer Support Engineer (Field Engineer)


Customer support engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience for providing onsite support for diagnosis/troubleshooting, service/repairs and maintenance of IT
Equipments to end customers for hardware, software & networks
Install OS & fix issues on Servers, Desktops and Notebooks.
Setup & maintain Corporate LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Must have experience with configuring e-mail clients, any backup softwares and various
application softwares.
Strong Knowledge of Networking concepts and OSI /TCP/IP Protocol Troubleshooting
Windows -XP/ 7 /8 O/S level troubleshooting. VPN Client configuration & remote
desktop tools
Position: Customer Support Engineer;
Location: Bhadohi (Sant Ravidas Nagar), Mainpuri, Mathura;
Good communication skills.
Qualification - Any Graduate, B-Tech, BCA, MCA, PGDCA
Job Responsibilities:
1. Should be DSS L1/L2
2.Should be an immediate joiner
3.Should be a graduate
4.Should have knowledge on below technologies
Intermediate Knowledge on Outlook
Intermediate Knowledge on Win 7
Customer Support Skills
5. Expert on hardware troubleshooting
6.Should have good communication skill
7.Should be presentable
Salary: 90,000 - 2, 50,000 P.A. Additional perks as per company Rule
