FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

Smooth AISI304 stainless steel cooking plate, 8 mm thick, sealed and slightly recessed into the worktop, satin-finished
with extremely low roughness value (RA< = 2 micron).
Plate sloped to aid cooking fat drainage with collection at the front.
Fat drainage outlet.
Plate dimensions: 510x305 mm.
Available cooking surface 13,6 dm.
Specific output 309 W/dm.
Electronic control board with temperature display (with precision 1C) and three different operating powers (K-Tronic
System).
Juice collection extractible tray in AISI 304 stainless steel in the bottom of the control panel.
Access to all components and to the cooling system positioned on appliance bottom, easily removable.
The griddle can be equipped with scraper, kit of scraper blades.
The product conforms to EC 1935/2004 Regulation and 21/03/1973 Rulemaking (Materials and Objects that are destined to
