Dear Uncle Bill,

I am writing this letter to you to inform you that I am taking the position of a Russian citizen
from Moscow. I am supporting Putin as the leader of Russia because he is able to have power and
control of all of Russia and this is letting him be able to have the economy improve by an average of 7%
per year. Also, the poverty in this country has been halved, while also having the average monthly salary
be tripled. The high global prices for Russias vast oil and natural gas resources played a big role in
success in being able to help out this country. He was also able to have central control over Russians
resources. Everyone is glad that he is the leader because people said that they are better off right now
than they were years before. When the bombing in the apartment in Moscow went on, it ended up
killing 300 people, so Russia ended up being invaded while Yeltsin was resigned. This gave Putin the
opportunity of being elected as president to prosecute a war that ended up killing thousands of people
but mostly civilians. It was unusual and sad that there was a bombing in an apartment because theres a
lot of people living in a building in a small space and this makes it easy for more people to die than just a
couple. As you can see Putin was a big help to Russia because he was able to make an easier life for
those that dont have a lot of money such as having the economy improve and having the poverty being
half the amount that it was before. It shows that he has accomplished a lot and we should thank him for
that for doing all the hard work that he does for this country that I live in.
