 My findings
• I asked 16 people to complete my
questionnaire, ensuring I asked a
range of people of different ages.
• I chose to have an equal number
of men to women, to make sure
the results are not gender biased.
• I have produced graphs to
represent my results.

 My Findings
• From the pie-charts, it is clear to me that
buying magazines on a monthly basis is the
most popular option for all ages. Therefore, my
magazine would be sold monthly, and
hopefully the results I received is reflective of
the consumer’s opinion.
• As I have chosen to issue my magazine
monthly, from the pie-chart of cost for the
magazine monthly, I found that the most
favoured price range is £2.40-£3.49. I
subsequently decided that the price I will
charge for my magazine will be £2.95.
Colour scheme appropriate
for a rock music magazine
 My findings
• From the pie-chart, I found that the most
desired colour scheme was dark. However, the
results between dark colours and vibrant
colours was close, therefore I feel that a
combination of vibrant colours against dark
colours would be appropriate and fitting to
both popular options. I feel it would also fit in
with the genre of rock music. The colours also
contrast well, meaning that it would stand out
from other, more basic coloured magazines,
and result in a possibly increasing its sales,
purely on the statement the colours create.

In this question, more than one box could be ticked, therefore there
are more than 16 responses charted.
 My findings
• Here, it was clear that the most
popular to have in a music magazine
was ‘celebrity gossip.’ As ‘images
and posters of artists’ and ‘details of
upcoming gigs and events’ were also
popular, I feel these could also occur
quite frequently in my magazine. By
including the most popular choices, I
hope to produce a magazine that is
appealing, interesting and popular.
